Viewpoints & Suzuki 101

This workshop aims to improve one’s physicality and develops in students a strong presence in front of an audience. In cultivating an awareness to sensory details, the training also encourages mental stamina, endurance and focus. Viewpoints and Suzuki training, when viewed holistically as a way-of-life, can be an eye-opening experience akin to yoga and the martial arts.
